Imma Coffee Lover

It's a good news for people like me ( coffee lover ) after Mr.Ronald told me we gonna have Coffee Conference. It's the first time in Malaysia and I'm quite lucky because.....it is located in Berjaya Times Square !! My College !!! Don't ever worried about the transport problem . Nice 

During the coffee conference , I met all the top barista from Malaysia , Taiwan , Thailand & Singapore. Then , I get to attend 3 workshop . It's really a good experience for me . Through the conference , I really learned a lot about coffee. 

  After I registered , I get to drink free flow coffee for the whole day. Yes , it's free flow. But it's COFFEE not BEER . =) 

  As you can see from the picture , this process of making this coffee took 8 hours to produce only 4 cups of coffee. To have a better taste , it need to put into fridge for 3 days. I did tried the original one. But I do preferred the one that store in the fridge. It really taste good . Awww , I miss that coffee already . 

After lunch , workshop begin .

The 1st workshop I attend was MR.TONY's ( Singapore) workshop . 

I get 5 types of macaroons and 2 types of chocolate. I really don't like to eat chocolate. But for this , I ate a little bit . Wonder why those macaroons and chocolate for ? It's to taste with coffee. I get 3 type of coffee which are : Yigarcheffe , Barli Kimtamani , Guatemala .

I need to try every dessert then drink the coffee. I was so surprised because it brings out different taste for each of the dessert when I try with different type of coffee. For me , I prefer BARLI KIMTAMANI .  

The 2nd workshop is from MR VAN. LIM (TAIWAN , GABEE CAFE'S OWNER ) 

He made juices mix with coffee. What a nice combination. Of course taste nice. Mr. Van is really good in latte art . He also had a franchise in Malaysia which located in Bangsar - Buffalo Kitchen . I must visit there in one day. 

  Here come our lovely Chef Jochern from German . He always cooked really nice food for us. Haha. He cooked the beef with the coffee sauce for us . Goshhh , I really really miss that =S It was super duper good taste. Never think of coffee can mix with food right ? Our chef did a really good dish with coffee ! The second dish was cheese with coffee .

For the last workshop , I get the chance to make my own coffee and latte art . To make a latte art is not easy , trust me . It was fun thou . 

 These are all make by the professional . Nice right ?

Actually , this considered failed . Haha . You can see those professional made a big heart on top of the coffee. Mine is small .

I really enjoyed so much on that day . I remember I drank more than 5 cups of coffee on that day . FRESH. 

Haha . After the conference , I didn't take coffee for 2 weeks . Why ? Because they served best coffee which I couldn't find here. =(   Anyway , I definitely attend for the next conference * if they organize again*

  MARCH = MID TERM MONTH 

I think I have mid term for all the subject on every week . Just passed my management mid term , coming up - bar & law . March gonna be good. Although gonna be tired but I kinda love my life now. It's time to grow up girl ! 

  

  Just found out Law's presentation can be so fun =) 

We prepared it at last minute and came out with a funny scenario. Thank you to a bunch of my friend which willing to ACT until so cool for the presentation. Seriously I can't wait for the next role play. Went to Nandos after law presentation and chit chat with my friends . Finally there are no more extra class on Saturday. Woo-hoo *scream&clap* 

Production will postponed to July . Thx God I can back to my hometown during the break . Phew. I want a lot of nice food when I get back to my hometown . Yummy ~

1st of March 

February really been a good month for me. I got test and quiz every week , assignment and presentation all come in one shot. This is because some of the lecturer do not have scheme of work so forced to dragged everything to last minute. 

February, such a busy yet exciting month for me . Why ? Because : 

1) I met JJ & Ean 

2) I bought a pair of NIKE sneaker 

3) I got a new watch and shoes from Vincci 

4) I met Chuck Hughes  ( CHUCK'S DAY OFF) 

5) I'm gonna attend on Coffee Conference on next Tuesday ! 

Awesome right ? I know XD 

Next , Big Bang finally released their 5th mini album ! *scream* I had their 4th mini album from my friend as my birthday present . Thank you so much . So now , I want to get the 5th mini album of BIG BANG ! I'll suggest you to listen on BLUE & BAD BOY . It's so nice . I can't take my eyes off TOP !!! OMG , He's so cool !!! How can TOP's voice sound so man ? It melts me . Hahaha

I did change my layout if you noticed . Back to simple and I realize actually not bad .

Awesome DJ in the House !!

 Finally JJ & Ean came to our college after we spam on their fb and twitter. Just realized most of our college student love them . Seriously , unexpected until I saw the post in fb . I went out for lunch with my friends until I asked Vanessa to check out twitter since she's using data plan . We're 39mins late and I really thought that this time we couldn't meet them already. When we reached college , my friend told me that they already left. #SADCASE

Lucky Laura remind us to check out on the 14th floor because it's a part of our college too. Actually we did saw hitz's cruises in the lift and he's going to 14th floor. I should follow him to 14th floor. #Regret
Thx God we met them on the 14th floor. I'm so so so happy . I don't care about the passes to the birthday invasion. I just wanna met them and take photo with them . That's all . Ps : JJ quite tall =D  They wearing mask and holding gun attacked to our college ! They're really friendly and AWESOME !! Love you guys so much . Between thank you HITZFM !!! Looking forward to this Saturday .

Between , NUFFNANG is turning 5 .WOW ! 

I'm not sure that should I attend or not . First , no transport ! Second , no friends that could accompany me .
Haix . I should persuade my friends join NUFFNANG so that we can hang out together on the special event. Didn't realized time passed so fast . Congratulations to Nuffnang . They're doing super great !!! They organized a lot of event and give out various of passes for Nuffnanger . Love them so much .

Fly Back !!!

 

  Went to Rasa Utara for breakfast with my lovely friends before depart to airport . I never thought that I could survived with just 2 hours sleep . I'm AWESOME ! Hahah

  Slept at 5am last night and I thought I'll be sleepy for class but didn't . It's miracle for me. I packed my luggage in the morning . See , I'm always like that. Bad Habit .

  Waiting for the flight alone here in LCCT . Lucky that I met a nice guy on the bus on the way to LCCT. We talked a lot . If not it's gonna be a boring just like I'm sitting here alone waiting for the flight .

  Between , I'm really thinking should I go to Avril Lavigne's concert . Damn , I wanna go so badly. But I felt bad cause spend too much for flight ticket . *if didn't missed flight =(*  I wanna go !!!! Someone sponsor me please. Lol !

看过了张小娴的书, 突然领悟了好多. 在这之前呢,我得谢谢我的朋友.因为她拼命地介绍我这本书, 还说我一定会对它爱不释手. 果真,才读了前面一小部分便爱上了.

我曾经是多么的自私 . 他说得对, 我只在乎自己多过他.所以,我早说了我不会是个很好的女友.我很少对他说出那三个字因为我认为没必要.但,他却不这么认为. 所以我们始终都保持着平行线,谁都不跨过谁的界线.

我可以很残忍 , 他知道. 就想张小娴所写的-残忍的人是最清醒的. 偏偏我们就一直互相伤害对方.这就是为什么我不肯答应他.既然知道结局了何必让自己栽进去呢？曾经有那么一个人问我到底喜欢他什么? 我沉默了. 为什么总是要问这个呢? 我不会答 . 喜欢上了需要理由吗?

你可以时时刻刻关怀她,但请不要忘了 , 不喜欢就放手. 女人一旦陷进去 就会让你措手不及.我喜欢她与橘子所写的书. 看完后, 感触很多. 时而也想到自己也曾经这样过.

曾经那么地颓废 , 时而崩溃痛哭 , 时而恨之入骨 , 时而好想好想他 - 矛盾 . 女人都是这样.

SAY HI TO MR.DRAGON

2012 - Also Consider As DRAGON YEAR .

Thx God I had 1week holiday for Chinese New Year, if not I'm gonna cry my lungs out  * kidding *

Went back to my hometown to meet my beloved friends , family and relatives. The day before Chinese New 

Year , my mum prepare steamboat as our reunion dinner . It's yummy and I enjoyed it so much . There's 

nowhere like H.O.M.E . Comfortable and Relax .

Deng Deng Deng - CHOR YI 

Actually I'm quit surprised that most of my friend didn't go anywhere on this Chinese New Year. So we plan 

to hang out on the first day of Chinese New Year. # supposed to stay at home with my family # Okay, fine. 

Not only me. I'm going out with 20 people . Haha . So we hang out from the morning until midnight. I love 

spending time with my friends. We always did something stupid in public , laugh like nobody business , talk 

with each other like a family, tease each other like brothers and sisters. ♥ 

No matter where we go , we're still as noisy as last time #factthatneverchange#

Between , I saw this when I first reached home . Dad bought it .

* Chor Er 

Nothing special cause I'm sick . Didn't get to drink mineral water cause I keep drinking those sweet drinks 

for the whole day . Migraine attacked me =(  I took medicine and lie on the bed for the whole day. Felt 

better. 

* Chor San 

Woke up then continue to hang out with them. After we got back from Sir Lam's house then went to Wai 

Ting's house. At first we just gonna stay there for awhile but ended up we stayed at there until 6pm. What 

we did ? We watched movie and eat together. Haha . In my hometown ,there's a small stall that they sell 

best pisang goreng ever. Every time we back to our hometown , definitely go to that stall. Since we're 

craving for so long , we bought RM7 keropok , RM2 pisang goreng , cempedak , fishballs and 6 cup of 

ABC. Yummy. Chinese New Year is the fastest way to GAIN WEIGHT ! 

Spend my Chor Si and Chor Wu at Thailand . 

This time was different cause my aunt's family joined us =) When I reached there , accompany mum to set 

up her hair. After that mum ordered food from the Hotel for our dinner . I ate a lot that night . The food were 

so nice. Around 9pm , we walked to the street that nearby our hotel which sell a lot of food . Yes , we're 

still hungry. So that night I ATE NON STOP . Felt like I did gain some weight . Dad said to me once a year 

, so eat as much as you like . Hahah .

In the morning before we left . me and my brother went to 7-11 and did a small shopping. If you visit to 

Thailand before then you'll know why I love 7-11 so much .I bet you like it too . 

Lastly , I'm gonna thx my mum so much cause she bought this new purse for me . Awww , I'm so so happy. 

I wanna go to Avril Lavigne's concert badly . I plan to used my angpao to buy the ticket but I 

don't think it's worth. Here I promise to myself , if I win the ticket from itune , then I'll go . If no , 

then I'll just stay at home !!!
