My choices of Korean Food

  Whenever I'm crave for Korean food , this shop will always be my choice ! 

The food is cheap and the place is comfortable.It's located at Ampang. Just right opposite Ampang Point. The owner is a korean so do the rest of the staff over there. Before I came to KL, I got no interest on Korean food because for me it's only grill , grill and grill and the food seems taste plain . But it's TOTALLY WRONG until I taste it by myself. Thanks that my college friends bring me to this shop and I start to fall in love with it. Especially Kimchi Jiggae ♥  

Of course not to forget about the side dish . You can refill it if you want more. Nice right ? After that they also serve dessert for us. No worries , dessert is complimentary if you had bbq . Tell me how not to love it ?

 Of course, you can try soju and makgeolli when you're having bbq. Best combination ever. I don't really like soju until my friend give me a try on the cold soju. It's super different with the soju without chilled. It taste super good. Makgeolli mix with yakult or ribena taste good too. Hehe .. One of my korean friend taught me when we're having our drinking session at the shop. 

Next , kimchijeon (kimchi pancake) is a must when you're having drinking session. By the way , kimchi fried rice is nice . Although it's a simple dish but it's really good. So far I haven't try out this at another outlet . I always had my kimchi fried rice at the korean shop which located in times square. It's the only one outlet and I bet you guys know it.

Another one is Korean Glass Noodles - Japchae/Chapchae
I'm not really a big fans of it but my friend always order this whenever we visit to the shop. I'm okay with it just not really like it. 

I still never try Bibimpap. Because there's a lot carrot inside. I don't like carrot =( Bibimpap is a dish where you mix different type of vegetables and egg with the rice. 

I should have try out the food at different outlet . Sigh . 

Fat Boy's @ Publika

  My friends and I had decided to give a try on Fat Boy's for dinner since we had meeting until 7pm. Just a random suggestion and all of us agreed with it. Majority of us did not try before including me and I keep hearing people said that is a must try burger in Publika. 

  Meeting ended at 7pm and we drove all the way from Times Square to Publika . So , here we are ! 

So , this is how it's looks like inside the restaurant . Quite like their design 

What's special is that they do sell pork burger and you get a chance to build your own burger starting from choice of bun - patty - add-on and sauces . Pretty cool right . If you order the set of the burger it will comes with fries. Trust me , you better make sure your stomach is empty before you dine in here. The portion is big and the size of the fries just like wedges . Most of us couldn't finish it . 

I had ordered ---- Jamaican Me Hungry 

  #Jerk seasones bacon stuffed Pork patty topped with sundried tomatoes, chewy bacon, homemade coleslaw and smothered with mayonnaise on sesame bun #

Told ya the size of the fries just like wedges . 

Sad to say that the pork patty it's not as juicy as beef  . But they served nice bacon . Crispy bacon in between the burger. Yumm ,, mouth watering. Especially you dip it with chili sauce and mustard . Aww , taste great . Try to mix the mustard with chili sauce , you'll never regret . 

I'll be back again next time to try out their beef burger . By the way , I want to try out Burger Lab too =( 

Fat Boy's - cheap and big portion . Give it a try if you're in Publika 

Penang !

  Honestly , this was my first time visit to Penang . What make this trip so special ? It's the people. It was actually our gathering trip with my high school friends. I didn't meet up with most of them for like 8 months since I started my internship and this is not good. =( I love how all of us hang around together and being just us . 17 of us taking flight together , this feeling is awesome !

After 45 minutes , we finally touched down Penang .

WE'RE NOT READY YET ! HAHA

We're staying at RYOKAN , which is cheap and comfortable. I would recommend you all to stay here. I just love the design of RYOKAN .

After everyone settle down , we went to Gurney Drive for dinner =D 

Beer time after dinner . 

But I still managed to wake up early on the next day to have breakfast. It's hard to believe that we pay so less yet included breakfast for all of us. Oh yeah , wi-fi is 24 hours. So convenience right . 

Next destination - Street Art . I got no idea why Penang are so hot . Urgh , just hate the weather so much 

The weather is killing us and everyone get themselves a drink . I bet that aunty must be very happy. Haha

If you go to Penang , this is a must try Cendol .Omg , feel like having it right now. This was really good. Sad that I couldn't get any nice asam laksa in PENANG. I try out in different place in one day but it doesn't taste nice. Maybe I have high expectation on it since everybody said that the asam laksa in Penang is really good. 

Steamboat for dinner on the second night . First time ever having steamboat with so many people . It was fun. 

Went to Strait Quay after dinner . All girl chilling at The Library on that night .

 Everyone was tired on the last day . We had our brunch then straight went to Queensbay Mall because it's nearby airport. LOL

Bye , Penang ! And we gonna plan for our next trip . Hope that everyone can make it for the next trip =)
